Heymann Performing Arts Center (hereinafter referred to as HPAC) sells for a variety of events with different policies. Most produtions do not require paper tickets, however your email confirmation will contain all the information you need about how to access the event. Please have your photo ID.
For your comfort and security, you and/or your bag(s) may be subject to additional checks on your visit to HPAC-we appreciate your patience and understanding while these are taking place.

Where an event is cancelled a full refund or exchange will be issued (at the choice of the customer) however please note that HPAC is not liable to reimburse customers the cost of any related travel, accomodation or other changes incurred around your visit. Any requested refunds or exchanges, where an event has not been cancelled, are processed at the discretion of HPAC and the promoter of purchased event once the circumstances surrounding the request have been fully assessed. It is not possible to exchange or refund tickets for a performance that has passed (a performance is considered "passed" once the start time on the date of the performance has been reached). There may be an administrative fee payable by the customer for changes made to tickets. Any applicable booking fees may be retained.

A $5 phone fee will be assessed for all phone orders.
There is a no return policy on tickets at HPAC.
Where exchanges are authorized, a fee will be assessed.
All venues reserve the right to refuse admission and request any ticket holder to leave the venue.
The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited.
Events may be cancelled without notice and HPAC does not accept liability to pay any person compensation for damages other than a refund of the ticket price and any associated fees.
Fees are applicable on all tickets and vary depending on production. Fees will be clearly stated when purchasing.
If you arrive late to a performance, HPAC cannot guarantee admission as each production has different policies regarding latecomers and readmission.
Some productions have a dynamic pricing structure and as such the price of a particular ticket may change. The price paid at the time of booking is final and non-negotiable.
Heymann Center may share your email and/or mailing address with promoters upon request.
Heymann Center reserves the right to request identification from any patron after the purchase of tickets to verify the validity of the patron and purchase.
